Technical Support Services Names Mardis VP Sales
February 1, 2007 - Sonoma Technical Support Services, a leading provider
of help desk services in North America, has named Bill Mardis to
the position
of Vice President of Sales. Mr. Mardis will be responsible for the
expansion of the Sonoma help desk services in the US marketplace.
Mr. Mardis comes to Sonoma with over 20 years of experience in the
services business for the point of sale industry where he has served
as Director of Sales and Marketing for VeriFone’s services
division, Vice President of Value Added Services for Hypercom and
Vice President with PointPay, USA. The company will focus on the
delivery of high quality, cost effective help desk, conversion and
training solutions to the point of sale and financial markets in
the US.
